Hello all.  This is Kimberly.  The month of January I was out of town a lot and I wasn't able to post as much on this blog or my other blog...Kbockmann3.blogspot.com   I am back and here to share some photo's of our art room.  Today I took some time and cleaned it up.  I also made a pillow which just needs to be sewn up on one side.  I will have to share it with you.  I also started a clutch.  I am starting with fabric and then I will move onto leather. 

The second photo just shows where I paint.  This is a painting I am working on.  It's got a few more layers to go.  It's funny but this looks almost done but just a few colors here and there can make it look not to muddy and so much better.

I am also working on fisnishing this piece for Rob.  It has a saying on it.  I want to put a wash over it so it's not so bright. 

I will be sure to post more often.  I also created a ARTIST JOURNAL today.  I am reading the book called, "Artist Way."  I have tasks at the end of each week and I was also talking with my friend who created her own journal full of fun artsy idea's to do.  Sometimes as artist's (as we all know) we can get stuck and a little book full of idea's like, draw coffee  cups, flowers..or make paint drips...can make creating flow a little easier.  Any who... I will share my journal with you soon.
